This product is amazing! I used it on my lower back that had been bothering me for days, and my husband has a painful wrestling injury where the shoulder cartilage was stretched recently. I have the general muscle balms with the Ice, cold or heat names but this works just as good if not better. I needed it for my neck & shoulder and heat works best. This really worked rite a way after being stiff for a few days. I also rub it into my knuckles when they get sore. I would recommend it.

I am a hardcore gym enthusiast. My knees and ankles hurt 😞 a lot. This stuff goes on thin and works like a miracle.However, I was dismayed at it’s small size. Need bigger one.
