No mess BBQ salmon!
I bought the mats for a weeks ago. So far I have made roast a few times, burgers, salmon and hotdogs, shrimp and a round of grilled chocolate chip cookies. I was impressed right off the bat with how sturdy the mat was. It feels very sturdy like it is made with high quality materials. I've used similar grill mat products and experienced a burned-plastic taste. Not with this grill mat. The burgers taste great and didn’t get burnt by flare ups. I was impressed to see that when i cook salmon , salmon cooked evenly, and slid right off after done. They were easy to clean. Simply wipe it down with a wet sponge and throw it in the dishwasher. Done, and they are good as new.

These are great!
I would not have believed these would work, but they did. Our grates were getting old and rusty and we were planning to replace them, but found these instead. They work great! Food cooks perfectly, doesn't stick and clean-up is a breeze. Very happy with this purchase.
