This memory foam is a little too firm for me so I wasn't using it for some time. I recently got some cartilage piercings which are sore to the touch so now I love to sleep on it with my ear in the part that is intended for your neck. Once they are completely healed I don't think I will ever use it again for its intended purpose but I am glad I have it for the moment. Product is heavier than most travel pillows and can be annoying to carry around. I do like that the strap is on it because I can at least attempt to attach it to a bag when wandering around the airports.

Not too bad!
Not a bad travel pillow - like a nice memory foam but not the best in its class.I used this to travel from Qatar-Germany-NYC (and all the way back) and it worked just fine for me. I was able to sleep with this on the plane with no problems. The extra strap on the back is extremely handy when you need to hook it on to something to get somewhere quickly and not have to worry about dropping it or losing it!

One size does not fit all.
One size does not fit all. The cover is very good, and the design excellent, and the foam soft and supportable. But it is too small. Probably built for ladies. I still use it daily, but have to keep adjusting it .

It was very comfortable and molds to your head and neck
It was very comfortable and molds to your head and neck.My main interest was the hole in center since my ears are very sensitive and start to hurt midway thru the night. I need the softest pillow possible.For traveling in is excellent.

It does its thing
The fabric does feel nice and soft. It's very firm and served it's purpose as a travel pillow. The fabric ripped on the inside when I was packing it in my bag though.

I like this, but it is a little too firm ...
I like this, but it is a little too firm for me. I am small, 5'3", and found the back of the neck to be a little too thick.

Did not last long.
Nice soft neck pillow, but it didn't take long for the seam at the back of the neck to split open. Because the sides need to be pulled apart to fit around the neck, I expected it would be able to handle that.
