Designed for full contact striking, blocking and checking drills, the Meister Gel Forearm Guards are ideal forearm and wrist protection for training. Decent forearm guards-they would be much better if the padding was about an inch or two thicker. I don't know why it is so impossible to find a thick padded forearm and elbow guard. I have bought at least a dozen and this is the best one I have found, but it is still too thin.
