The Good: This is a good pillow. It is thick, supportive, and after about a couple hours out of the packaging, it plumped right up. I’ve tried memory foam pillows in the past, and I’ve found that they are too firm and don’t give way enough to my head. Feather pillows are too soft and turn into lumpy oatmeal in a short period of time, but this one found a good balance between the two. Definitely worth the investment… no more Costco pillows for me. I've had mine almost a week now. I am not crazy about the pillow so far. It is heavy, dense and not particularly comfortable. That said I am getting a decent sleep on it. My complaint is how it feels when I am awake. I would like it to be "fluffier" and more comforting. To reshape the pillow, I have to shake it out (the foam chunks tend to stay where they were put), shape it so it is more pillow like then punch it down to what I need it. I am exaggerating somewhat, but I don't like wrestling with my pillow to get comfortable. Also when I put my head in the indent, the corners pop up and block my view which makes it hard to watch TV. These are little things, but these are the difference between really liking a product or not. Maybe I'll warm up to it, maybe not. I'm thinking about trying a different style pillow for comparison. I'm not sure I can sent this back in its current uncompressed condition.

but that's not saying much.I put it in the dryer to fluff it up, no problem with that. however while sleeping on it and I wake all of the filling has shifted to one side leaving my head on a minimal of fluff so I end up turning the pillow over to get back on the fluff.I did notice that the pillowed smelled like nail polish remover, put it back in the dryer with a sheet of bounce. after that it smelled like cedar, nice aroma, it slowly left though, I miss it.as the stars above say, it's ok, I see no reason to buy another though.

This pillow definently proved me wrong. I opened up the package and it was seriously packed tight. After rolling it out it was about as thin as an ironing board and smelled like new fabric and I guess memory foam. I let it sit out overnight and it filled out exceptionally! After the first 2 weeks it began to form alot easier to my head This first two weeks were a little too firm but it has grown into the MOST COMFORTABLE PILLOW. Not only does it mold and support phenomenally but the cool pillow part is real too!! It's awesome.

Just received the pillow today. Out of the package it's very lumpy and bumpy so I immediately threw it into the dryer on low for 30 minutes. It came out full and smooth. There was no odor that I could notice. I'll give it 4 stars for now but might upgrade after some use.

Great pillow, very comfortable. My night's sleep has improved dramatically. They take a good day to expand to full size. My only complaint is that the Queen size pillow feels like it has a regular size amount of filling in it.

The Bamboo by Home comfort pillow is absolutely the best pillow I have ever slept with. I had a better sleep with it, than I have had in a long time.It is firm yet allows you to manipulate it a little to make for the perfect fit. The Bamboo by Home pillow is large, I bought the queen size, so if I were buying one for my younger daughter, I'd look for a standard size or smaller.Excellent purchase. I highly recommend.

When the pillow came it was rolled up really tight and unrolled flat. After a day or so it filled in really nice and is really thick and firm. Just what I wanted. Thanks
