Poor service. This product was defective. Amazon refused to take back as product had co2 canister. Product has “life time” warranty. However, went to website completed contact box 4 times, no response!! Not even acknowledgement of my complaint. Obviously they don’t care about their customers!!!

The instructions are terrible, not accurate, and the C02 cartridge does NOT screw directly into the handle! You need to use the outer casing, and screw that in to force the connection. Repeat -- the actual threads on the C02 cartridge are NOT what is used to mount it to the handle. I screwed this in with the outer casing. I did not hear a whoosh or any sound to indicate it was connected. When I unscrewed it the cartridge flew out like a bullet and I'm so lucky it didn't hit anyone or break anything. Something as potentially dangerous as this should have ACCURATE instructions. Really disappointed, and UNSAFE.

I purchased this; unfortunately, did not attempt to use before return date. Would not work. Numerous people attempted to get it to work and it would not. Would not distribute air, and at times, did not even puncture the canister.

I purchased this, against some of the reviews talking about the lack of a return policy, and at first I thought it was going to be great. In fact, it served my purposes flawlessly.It has a push button inflation, lock lever, and can be used on multiple items; providing you have the attachment.However, after just a few weeks, the flaw in material started showing; at least for me. After having to replace my CO2 cartridge, I noticed it would not stop leaking. Knowing full well that I could not just unscrew the cartridge I wasted it just to see what the issue was.Inside, near the Puncturing Needle is a rubber base that is meant to secure the cartridge and prevent leaks. Except it was now torn and trashed, almost like someone took a pick to it and ripped it apart.Not wanting to think that I was out the $$ for this device, I tried to remove the excess debris preventing another cartridge from being used. After doing so, I tried another cartridge only to have it slowly leak and become wasted.Now, after having ignored some of the reviews about a zero return policy. I too fell for the trap. They include 1 cartridge with a purchase so that they can bypass return rules.So, unless you've gotten particularly lucky with a unit that hasn't failed....Don't buy this one. You can't even find a way to contact the company and deal with them directly.

My favorite feature of this pump is the way the air cylinder is stored inside the handle without even puncturing the nozzle. You just put it in backward, and that way they stay together until needed. And of course the way the handle completely insulates the user's hand while using to avoid that terrible "freeze" I got from my simpler pump, where I had to end up wrapping the cylinder in a towel to be comfortable during use. This pump is very simple to use, safe, and is easily worth the extra ten bucks initial cost for something so crucial to saving the day with an emergency re-inflation of a flat tire to get you back on your way! Highly recommended!
