Dragon Touch A1 10.1-Inch Tablet

My daughter bought this tablet for me, I am happy to try new things. She downloaded a lots of games and songs for me, so I can play games and enjoy music when I feel bored. My sweet daughter also recorded some videos of my grandson and sent to me via email. I 'm able to watch it with this tablet. She also saved some games that my grandson likes, some car racing games. It's smooth and goes very well. I have took some pictures of my dog with this tablet, my daughter said they can even be used as her PC wallpapers.Last week, I wanted to set a password but I forgot it after I have changed it a few times. I know some kind of reset or power button volume button way to reset it. I tried but still couldn't get it unlocked. I even tried to press the reset pin, but it's still not working. Then I called the customer service phone number which printed on the box. Seems they are busy because I called a few times to get through. The lady who answered the call told me to reinstall it with instructions on their support site online which is a little complicated for me to unlock my tablet. I had to end the call to try and call again and finally I unlocked my tablet after holding the call for almost an hour with exact, clear explanation of every steps. Now I can say it's not big deal to reinstall my tablet if I forgot my password again, but I should backup all my data to the micro SD card from now on. My daughter said this tablet is just about 100 bucks, this really shocked me. Great value in this tablet and double value with the good and professional customer service I've got.I'm very pleased with this tablet and their service, so I asked my daughter to post this for me. If you want a tablet. I recommend you to get a dragon touch. I like their product and service.

I had mixed feelings about purchasing a tablet. I've been happy using a keyboard and mouse for decades, and couldn't see how a touch screen device would actually fit my needs. Now that I have a touch screen tablet, I'm finding it indispensible. Yes, this tablet lacks some of the bells-and-whistles of higher end devices (no Bluetooth, HD screen, or high resolution cameras). If I want to take high res pics, I have several DSLRs for that, and if I want to watch a HD video, I have screens ranging from 11 to 48 inches. This tablet is absolutely perfect for what it offers, and is an exceptional entry-level tablet for its price. It's light weight, has a very fast processor, a touch screen that's very responsive, and a standard definition screen that's sharp and crystal clear. This tablet has become my goto device for ebook reading and video watching on a small screen. I have a couple apps that link wirelessly to the 4000 volume Calibre Library on my netbook, so I can load ebooks on this tablet in the blink of an eye. I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a versatile, entry-level tablet at an unbeatable price. (Also, tabletexpress customer service is great. I emailed them with a question and they got back to me quickly).

The Dragon Touch A1 10.1" is an excellent tablet for what it is. It is at a fair Price point as well. There are a lot of pros and few cons with this tablet.Cons:-The screen is bright and clear, but the viewing angles are far less than to be desired. There is only ones good viewing angle. Straight on.-The developers of this tablet market it as having 3D gaming support, which it does, but the games run as to be expected on a cheap tablet. They lag, glitch, and occasionally crash, which even happens on the highest end tablets. Its usually a software issue, not a hardware issue.-The screen seems to be loose in the chassis, but not too badly. Seems like it will hold up!Pros:-The battery life is excellent! 4 hours on full while watching HD Quality videos. 6-8 hours off non stop gaming. (Days) on standby.-Build quality is excellent! Even better than some high end tablets. Feels premium!-Does everything well!-Is pretty fluid as long as you wait for things to load and don't try loading a bunch off things at once.Best tablet I have used at this price range!!!Put a semi better processor in it or up it a gig of ram and give the screen an IPS display with out compromising much of it's excellent battery life and I'd give it a 5th star and buy a few more.

Basic low budget Android tablet. I bought this as a supplement for my Kindle Fire HD and for some Android games that are better on a larger screen that won't run on Kindle. The display is meh, you have to angle it just right or your display will fade out but it's good enough for medium quality viewing. The battery doesn't last long so plan on plugging it in daily. The 2gb of storage is low, I actually thought it came with 32gb, my bad for misreading that. The speakers are terrible, even at max volume, I can barely hear anything and the quality is poor. You'll need a headset or speaker. It's not a fast processor and I see lag in video and program swapping but it's not that bad. I can play Netflix movies and they view okay as long as your WiFi is fast and quality isn't critical to you. The screen is not HD, so don't expect much. It doesn't have a USB power cord, the supplied cord is short.Bottom line is if you want a cheap Android tablet for no frills use, this one will do the job just fine.
