Saganaki!!!!
I love Greek food and one of my favourite sides is Saganaki. This cheese is perfect. The right amount of creamy, nutty and salty. It is the perfect texture and tastes as great as any I have had in any restaurant.

Great Cheese
We first had this cheese on pasta at a restaurant in Seattle. Absolutely delicious. We weren't able to find it in Oregon where we live so turned to Amazon. Fantastic cheese and highly recommend.

Yummy
Dust pieces with flour, pan fry in a little olive oil, finish with a Tablespoon of brandy set alight and a sprinkle of lemon juice. Great stuff!!!
