I ordered this because with all the updates on I phone for some reason I could not get my videos to download into my computer. I am so Happy that it works. I was able to download the videos onto the micro sd card and then to my computer. The only down fall to this product is that I had to take off my phone case in order to plug it into my phone. Which if I was out and about would be a bit of a hassle but since I have plenty of storage on my phone it is something that can wait till I get home... I would recommend this item to anyone that is looking to transfers their from their I phone to another device.

Works well and is very easy to use, love it!
Great idea, works well and allows me to save important docs and photos on my iPad. I have a back-up on Apple's cloud, that only works if my iPad had a wifi connection. With handy flash drive, I can save photos & docs wherever I am. Works well and is very easy to use, love it!

Absolutely only for Contacts and Photos — very disappointing!
I bought it thinking I could save my recipies on it, but the instructions only support saving photos and your contacts. Very disappointed, and I have returned it for a refund. The advertisement should make this very clear so people trying to upload a segment or their whole iPad won’t be in my same position. If you are a clever computer geek, you might be able to make this work for whatever you want to save, but that certainly isn’t me!

good product but wont work with case on phone need extender
works as described recommendeddoes not work with most phone cases have to get an extender that is data capable for like you would use for a dock extender on a iphone with case for example other than that no issue

Not at all Apple speed
Not at all Apple lightning speed. My daughter ordered the same one and hers is lightning speed which is why I ordered it. Mine seems to be a lemon. I'm lucky if it charges 15% on my half hour commute Very disappointed.
