For me this works more than reasonably well. Certainly far better than I expected from my experience with other external pain products. I don't care about whether or not it is cold or any degree of coldness. I care about pain relief. This product (I have the spray - 4oz) is surprisingly effective. I have an area of lower leg, outer side, which off and on during the day and night gives a lot of pain and is disruptive to whatever I want to do. This spray either stops the pain for hours or diminishes the degree. Most often it stops the pain for hours. I am considering the roll-on, but it's twice as expensive for only 3 ozs.Update: I've also now gotten and tried the roll-on. It also works as well as the spray and has an advantage of not running slightly when applying. Both products work very well.

Works great
Let me start by saying I honestly didn't think this stuff would work. I mean a spray on pain reliever??? I'm happily shocked that it actually worked. Sprayed some on my knee as well as my hand to rub into my temple to see if it'd help my headache. I'm still really surprised that it did indeed help both. Ontop of that the bonus was it literally smells just like viks vapor rub which I'm weird and love the smell of.It lasted at least a few hours as I was up for another 3hrs before sleeping and at the time it was still working.Would recommend. Bottle is small enough I can throw it in my purse and take it with!!I received this product at a discount or for free (which one you ask? The world may never know.. lol j/k if you really want to know ask and I will tell you, same with any other questions you have!) in exchange for a honest review which is exactly what your getting. Weather I paid money for it or got it for free, your still getting my honest opinion. I will test it out to the best of my ability first and try to include pictures as well. If its horrible trust me I will let you know lol. Besides what's the point in lying if I already have the item?

Finally a natural option
Love love love this. Every other menthol spray has chemicals, which to me, defeats the purpose. I had been using straight liquid menthols with spatulas etc to get them onto my back - suffice it to say, kinda messy. This comes from indie company with great customer service. The only potential drawback is that I can't tell if the bottle is plastic or metal - I'm hoping it's not plastic or aluminium.

Product works well. I've been using it for some pain from knee surgery. It's a very good product.

Not much relief
This doesn’t offer any relief. Better off with a biofreeze, or something similar.

Not helpful.
Used this product first day after receiving it for neuropathy in my feet. The burning and pain increased. Had to wash off to stop burning. Am returning product.

I've tried them all and this is the best of the best
I read about Therma Chill spray, tried it, and now swear by it. It seems to be the only product out there that doesn't have that unpleasant lingering odor and most of all it does the job, numbs the pain, and makes you feel better. I use it on my back, my knees, and my shoulders.
