My Quick Connecting Pivoting Coupler arrived in perfect condition, it was packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. This item is built very well, it doesn't need a lot of package protection, but it was packaged well.I bought the pivoting coupler mainly to use while washing my car with my pressure washer. It is great for reaching up under the bottom of the car and also in the hard to reach areas in my cars rims. The coupler is a solid product, built of stainless steel and brass, I expect it to last a long time. It works great with my existing wand and nozzles. I really wish I had bought one of these a long time ago, it works great! I was worried about the nozzle not holding its position, but it works well. It seems to be well made and after several hours of use is performing well. One big surprise was the amount of side force when pressure first comes on. At 3100 psi the wand will kick sideways quite strongly when the pressure first comes on and you will need to hold the wand with both hands to hold it against the side thrust. Should not have been surprised if you think about the mechanics but it is worth being aware before first use.

Very useful for cleaning the tops of cars without having to use a ladder.Only thing I see that is kind of annoying is every now and then when I use my 0 degree tip that shoots in a circle pattern (which is pretty heavy)then pivoting couplet likes to change direction. Been better if it had a realese function for changing direction not easily changeable from weight.This doesn't happen all the time so for the most part very nice and easy to use with regular tips that weigh nothing.High Recommended.

Nice piece ,I was leery if it would stay in position sure does .Pay attention when you set wand down.you can bumb the tip to shoot at an angle and when you pick wand back up to spray again it will wanna jump out you hand if you are not aware you changed it

The unit was delivered on time and very well built. One difference from picture is that the 1/4 inch quick connect fitting actually has beefy hex, which should make it sturdier. This feature is unlike other similar products on amazon or home depot, which has straight 1/4 quick connect fitting. I am glad I choose this instead. In actual use, it does stay in position well. I I have to get some use to the kick backs by hold on to the gun / wand firmer. I have 2700 psi 3 gallon per minute gas pressure washer and with or without this pivot joint I cannot tell any difference in terms of volume of water and thrust. Very handy tool for pressure washing siding, wheel wells, etc. Very happy about the purchase.

So when they say 120 degrees, they mean 60 degrees in each direction. This will not allow you to put it in a 90 degree angle like I needed. If you are aware of that, the item works perfectly. Fits my sun Joe electric pressure washer quick release even though I've seen a lot of people say standard fittings won't work on it.

Used this to clean my RV black tank. I was able to place the pressure washer washer down the toilet and blast the walls of the black tank. The chunks that came out the drain where disgusting and obliviously only removed due to the high pressure from the pressure washer. Tank sensors worked perfectly fine again after the cleaning.

Works ok and seems well made. It creates significant sideways pressure, try it before climbing a ladder, you could be surprised.Ultimately it was not as helpful as I had hoped; the sideways pressure made it uncontrollable when trying to reach out from a ladder, at least for me with my gas powered pressure washer.
