When a mop is more trouble than mopping the floor there is something wrong. Everything works great, as long as you get the mop handle in the right position, remember to unlock the handle before putting it in the water, fit the mop head onto the turnstyle ( takes a few attempts) and then you can spin the mophead in the water tank, move the mop head to the turnstyle for wringing out the water, situate it on the turnstyle, spin, remove to the floor, remember again to fix the mop handle to the right height and you are ready to clean the next section of floor. I have a 2100 sq foot house with all tile floors,,,, takes too much time for my impatient cleaning speed. Everything about the product is well made, just too many steps.

Based on the reviews, I figured this would be a total winner, BUT, the instructions are TERRIBLE. Nice glossy insert, but really no information. If you decide to buy this, you'll have to figure out the assembly and operation on your own. (NOTE TO AMAZON, please don't send me e- mails with questions from other potential customers about this. Then, maybe, as more folks figure it out, the inflated review will eventually become accurate)The bucket is the star of the show, although if this was a movie, it would have gone straight to the bargain DVD bin at your local supercenter. Either mechanism will spin (one for rinse and one for wringing ) IF you can locate the precise alignment between the mop head gear and the spinner cog. (I predict that either will strip after continuous use, as both are plastic) The mop head holder has two selectable positions, one upright for spinning, and one at an angle for mopping. The design results in having to use one's hands to change positions on the wet and dirty business end of the mop between rinsing and mopping. I can also see where after multiple uses, the plastic friction pieces will wear resulting in a non selectable position. (Just a wild mop head like you see a custodian use )The mop handle is flimsy and will bend at the coupling (this is a three piece unit... two piece handle and mop head connector) if relatively firm pressure is applied.I have used this once. I am contemplating returning it as I feel I can get better quality for fewer than $50.00 by simply using and old fashioned mop and bucket

Having the 2 spins was a big help. Easy to assemble. Cleans quickly. Works so much better than the cheaper seen on TV mop.

So far, it's good. It is inconvenient to keep switching the lock on the handle, but it does scrub well. We'll see. Loved my last spin mop for a minute, too, until the pedal broke, the gears fell apart and it leaked.

I like it because you do not have to use your hands to rinse the mop

Mop handle broke after 8 months and I can't easily figure out how to get a replacement. It advertises a 2 yr warranty.

I find it a bit clumsy, and also too heavy when filled with water.
