I have one motheboard chasis connecfor and the case has 3 fans that cab be connected that way** A: Theoretically probably but you can also get 3 headed splitters if you only have on connect and 3 fans. ASUS Motherboard has three case fan connections with back, top and front on them. So, I used these cables to connect the top and front fans together and connected to the motherboard. In the BIOS made adjustments for Fan 1,2, and 3. Checked my CPU fan adjusted to speed up before it started getting too warm slightly instead of after. Works great and plenty of air flow with back and top exhaust and front intake.
