Works well to put up a few days' worth of patties. A bit difficult to pry frozen patties out without fear of damaging the rubber dividers between patties (need to use a kitchen knife), but we've done that successfully many times without damage, thus far.

This is so much more than just an AWESOME Burger Press!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You may think that you simply bought the best Burger Press on the market but that’s not all that it’s good for. First let’s talk about the obvious, this is a quality burger press. It is made of durable silicone. It is a breeze to make hamburgers and they are the perfect size to throw on the grill.Once I made and froze all of the hamburger I was looking at the mold and wondered if it could be used in the oven. I noticed that there was an oven symbol on the mold that indicated it could be used to bake with. At that point it became a necessity to try and use the press to make chocolate mini cakes.The cakes turned out great (make sure to check out the pictures below) and they were super simple to do. The first step is to spray the mold with cooking spray. Then simply fill 2/3 full with your favorite cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees, but don’t go too far away from the oven. When I made the cakes it took less than 10 minutes of baking time.Once they were fully I took them out of the mold. I didn’t even need to flip the mold over they slid right out. The cakes are a perfect size for a portion. When the cakes have cooled frost them and enjoy.Even though I received this product at a reduced rate in exchange for an unbiased review, I would purchase this again in a heartbeat. The results are amazing. From burgers to sweets this is one product that has earned its place in my kitchen.

I really like this for making burgers! Normally with the amount of meat in my pictures, I would make 4-5 misshapen burgers and 3 of the 4 people in this house would fight over that 5th burger. This makes 7 perfectly sized burgers that all cook evenly. Now the 3 big people can all have 2 burgers and no one fights over which is bigger. My daughter saw me using it and shaped one into a heart before we cooked it. It came out perfect. I also made another batch with the leftover meat and put them in the freezer for an easy after work meal.The patty press went through the dishwasher perfectly. Good quality, heavier than I thought it would be and very sturdy. I cannot wait to try tiny cakes, brownies and apple turnovers in it. Would be easy to arrange on a plate after cooking to look like a flower when entertaining guests.I will also be trying mini quiches and chicken pot pies with biscuits on top since they'll fit perfectly. I wanted something that would help me to make the perfect sized hamburger patties. The Professional Hamburger Patty Maker is perfect for when you need to make enough patties to feed your entire family. I placed my meat in the bottom, pressed the lid down and placed it in the refrigerator. A few hours later, I had the perfect patties.I love how easily it was to use. I don't have much arm strength. I found you didn't have to press too hard to make the silicone top cut into the meat. Be careful, though, that you don't put too much meat in the bottom. I did that and I had extra meat coming out of the ends.This is the perfect kitchen supply I need for my family. I will absolutely be using it again and again.

Wow! This makes hamburgers so much EASIER for us! I try to avoid burgers because I don't like the quality of the pre-made patties and I don't like having to make my own. Well, this changes all that! I just placed almost 2 lbs. of QUALITY burger into a bowl and seasoned with my burger seasonings and mixed with my hands. Then I pressed it into the burger press all at one time.After refrigerating for a couple hours, I just turned it upside down and all the patties come out easily. Then I pulled them apart and placed them in a big ziplock and into the freezer. Now we have patties ready to grill ANY TIME!!! They are the perfect size and because I'm on Paleo, I know EXACTLY how many oz. each one is ... 4.25 oz. so it's the perfect amount of recommended meat for most plans out there! I can just take one out of the freezer and fry in a pan for lunch if I don't want to fire up the grill.I LOVE this thing and will definitely be using it over and over. REALLY, it's NOT a gimmick! Whenever grass fed ground beef goes on sale, I buy 5 pounds and make my own special hamburgers, blend the raw meat with pieces of fried onion and spices in a big bowl.Then I hand-form patties from the meat and stack them in the freezer with parchment paper between to keep them from sticking together.The hand formed patties always come out homely looking, in a range of sizes.This silicone hamburger press that I received yesterday, is very helpful! Now I just press the meat in the molds, freeze, pop them out, and put the patties in a freezer container.
