Solar Lights Outdoor Solar Powered Motion Sensor Security Wall Light (White)

I love the design. Its very elegant and compact.With that said the item I received was DOA (dead on arrival). The battery did not retain a charge after several days in the sunlight.The solar panels worked. I tested this by putting the device in sunlight and pushing the light button. The device would illuminate a very dim light.I relayed my troubleshooting steps to the seller. I was told to repeat the actions and if that didn't work to return the device.Customer service was subpar because it felt as if they didn't read my email and didn't want to right the wrong by offering some compensation such as a discount or quick replacement.EDIT:Customer service reached out to me to apologize and clarify their original correspondence. I provided reasoning for my statement on customer service along with suggestions for improvement. They seemed to fully understand my stance and took care of the situation by sending me a new light. I will be updating the review once received.EDIT:New light came in. It is pretty darn bright when the motion sensor detects movement. When there is no motion, it goes into dim mode. I find the dim mode pretty handy to identify where I need to walk to in pitch black circumstances.During the time I received the light and now it was placed in a location where it has gone through several days of rain, snow and sub zero weather. I will be moving it into less hostile environments, but when it comes down to it, I believe it can last through some pretty rough weather.The charge held by the battery lasts for a surprisingly long time. The device was charged in the sun for about 3-4 hours, then I covered the solar panels. The light functioned relatively well the following 3 days.If you're in the market for solar panel motion censored lights, this one is worth a try.

This light is simply amazing. Giving four stars at this review since there was a small crease in the solar panel and I returned it, but I ordered three more the day I returned this one. I'm hoping to update to five stars once they arrive. It's difficult to find solar lights in white cases that have the warm light, and this is perfect for our new beach house we are getting ready to close on. Such a unique style and just the perfect size to blend with the white trim. The two warm white LED's that are the backlight are beautiful, and the cool white lights are a nice contrast, and add such a classy touch to security lights. I plan on keeping them on the dim setting with the light brightening to a brighter light with the motion sensor activated. This light is very solid and sturdy, and I'm looking forward to updating my review with some pictures, as well. I highly recommend!Update 12/9/16: I received the three lights I ordered (1 I ordered from the single listing, and I ordered from the listing with the two identical lights). The two lights I received are a bit warmer in light tone than this single one. Returning the single light and just ordering from the double link, since I will be ordering several more. I am also going to be ordering the version of this light with the 20 LED's vs the 8. The lights with the 8 LED's I'm putting on the front of the house, while I will be ordering a few of the 20 LED's to put along the side of the house. They look beautiful and function even better. I'll update with photos once I get everything ordered and up.

Light it is not so bright and battery last just 5 hours, no recommended

I was very disappointed with this light. It was much too dim. It does not offer much security.

This is a nicely designed light but unfortunately it was not bright enough to illuminate the area in my driveway requiring a wider area of light. If you have a 20 to 30 foot area to be illuminated it might do the job but anything larger than that it would be too dim.

This light works really well and is exactly what I was looking for. It emits a bright glow at all times after dark and comes on to full beam when it senses movement. I think it is a lot nicer looking that many other brands out there. I could not mount it as high as the directions called for, but that has not caused a problem in functioning. I will update if the light stops working in an unreasonable span of time.I paid my very own money for this product and my opinion is my own. Though I wish I knew how people got in on that free product gig.

So far 1 week it works great. Can it last for a couple years and rain.....please check back. It's bright and everything I expected. Instructions are poorly written but who reads them anywaze. You should send me another because I'm a nice guy. Thanks!!

I like this light a lot. So far, even in the colder weather the internal battery seems to be keeping a good charge which has been an issue with other similar products I've purchased in the past. The sensor is very responsive and works great. The front light panel is super bright and lights up a really big area when it is activated. The lights on the front throw more of a white light while the 2 LEDs in the rear throw a warm light onto whatever you have it attached to. It works as a dusk to dawn light in a low level and when it senses movement it brightens up which is nice too. So it works well as a security lighting. It is plastic so I'm wondering how it will hold up once it starts snowing here. I'll update in the future if snow and ice causes any issues, but as for now its a great product and especially if you live in a warmer climate I don't think you could go wrong with this one. I actually plan on buying 1 or 2 more. I hope this helps.
