properly seasoned you can do no better. use only on appropriate wok stove burner
Everything you could possibly want in a wok...its the real thing...balance,gauge thickness of carbon steel,properly seasoned you can do no better. use only on appropriate wok stove burner. I collect woks, some new, some vintage, including the famous e-wok....completely hand made from Shanghai, but when it comes down to high heat stir frying with (wok hei) this gem is my go to. Funny thing is I paid less for this one,,,,who ever said you get what you pay for?
