About 6 months ago I started taking a medication that dries out your mucus membranes (mouth, nose, bowels etc) so I've been having a little constipation. I've tried a few different remedies but I didn't like them for various reasons. Tried this last night and wow, really happy with the results. It's very gentle, like having a normal bowel movement. No cramping or pain, and it works overnight just as advertised. I finally feel like I have a sustainable method for helping with this side effect.

Sitting on the toilet 5am like Omg. I took 3 capsules and drunk half a bottle in f water. Went too sleep skeptical it probably wouldn’t do nothing because I didn’t drink enough water and I was eating before bed. lol. It still work. Omg. The smell of the waste in me that’s coming out. Is like omg. And it’s no cramping stomach. Gentle and fast.

First of all, I never write reviews. But this product has changed my life!! I was on GLP-1 shots for a few months. They work and I lost 40 lbs, but they messed me up as far as going #2. 😳 I hadn’t had a normal bowel movement in months. I started this product and had results by day 2. Before this the only product that worked was Magnesium Citrate. That stuff will make you wish you were dead!! 3 of these before bed and I had movement in 30 minutes after getting up in the morning. Not a lot of cramping. After I cleansed for about a week I reduced to 2 one day and 1 the next and alternate 1 and 2 every other day. I have normal movement every morning now. Even during the cleanse, I didn’t have to live in the bathroom. I hope this information will help someone else that is as miserable as I was.

Buy this if you are constipated. I wasn't believing the reviews but after being on GLP-1 for the last year and not being able to poop. Taking this has helped. I have a BM everyday now. It's amazing. 10/10 recommend. I have only taken 2. Scared to take 3. Take at night and BM in the am. It's magic.

I take 3 to 5 capsules right before bedtime, and in the morning i get a gentle but thorough cleansing. I've recommended this product to several family and friends and they all love it.
