Got this little supplement as an appetite suppressant and it works wonders. 4/5 stars because there is a metallic taste/smell to the supplement that worsens the smell of stool and gas, but no physical discomfort from it. Overall it works great as a hold over when skipping meals or to feel full until you're able to eat. Noticed no difference in overall food consumption when taken before eating, I didn't feel any fuller faster or not want to eat as much but on it's own I don't seem to get hungry as often. Overall I do plan to purchase again.

I NEVER write an Amazon review. Just didn't have the time. I got this and did what it said 3 pills with lots of water. Day one you go to the bathroom. Day 2 I thought I was dying! I could not stop. To the point I became dehydrated and my stomach and azz is on fire! Graphic, well this is an honest review! I saw some reviews similar and let tiktok influence me. Was I full yes did I pay the price yes. There is no magic pill. After I finally stop i had problems going for 3 days. I never struggle with that. Do your best but this is horrible on your stomach and @@@! You were warned!

In theory this is supposed to turn into a gel and fill your stomach, but in practice it does not seem to do anything. I'm on my second bottle (forgot to cancel a subscribe and save order) and I put a pill into some water. An hour later it still is not dissolved. I broke it apart and put it back in with only 2-3 ounces of water. Surely for a whole pill, it would turn to gel. This stuff is supposed to be able to absorb 50 times its weight, right? So far it is still very watery. I was curious because after I drink 16 ounces of water, it doesn't seem like any of that is getting "absorbed" if you know what I mean.I have bought the powder before and it does turn into a gel, but after almost choking on it because it absorbed FAST, I thought pills would just be a whole lot easier. I'll have to try a different brand.

I have only been taking these for like 2 or 3 weeks but I have certainly felt that difference so far! I thought this would be similar to chia seeds, but it is much more effective. I follow the dosage it recommends and take 1 30 minutes to an hour before eating and drink 28oz with it and I feel SO FULL. I certainly will keep taking this until I lose the weight I desire because I have alway struggled with over eating and this has helped me stay in my recommended caloric intake and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling hungry at the end of the day or like I need to eat something more :)

I was skeptical about this but so far so good. I wake up at night and eat. Been taking 3 pills before I fall asleep and I haven't had any episodes of waking up to eat. I will say if you are really hungry and take these they don't work as well . I will take them a few hours after a meal and it keeps the snacking away. If you wait till you are already starving you will still eat too much.
