FAILED after only 4 months!
Initially we were happy with these lights but they failed after only 4 months. Now we're very disappointed. When they worked they were bright, easily more bright than our older, energy sucking halogen lights. The sensor's range is below average in terms of distance. I recommend AGAINST buying this unit.

Probably brightest security light available. Once you get settings worked out they exceed expectations.
UL Listed Outdoor LED Security Three Headed Floodlight *with Motion Sensor*, Waterproof, 5000K, 3090 Lumens Bright- White... I bought two of these two replace my two security lights in my backyard. I have a pretty large backyard; it's very long with a 20,000 gallon pool. There is no light other than the security lights. Both my old security lights went out. (likely due to weather, they were old and probably sun damaged) I had a handy-man replace the old ones and he seemed to have no issues, (did both of them in about 20/30 minutes) so I would say they are pretty easy to install based on that.PROS:+ EXTREMELY bright,(3090 Lumens is some of the brightest I've seen and ridiculous for the wattage-- a lot more than my old energy sucking halogens. I actually didn't believe they would be that bright, but they are!) when both of the lights are 'active' they fill my entire backyard with light, pretty impressive! If brightness and area are your concern, these have you covered.+ Sturdy/well built+ 240° adjustable motion detector is handy-- Useful for avoiding areas you don't want to have it trigger, while still providing good range.+ Once you find the 'sweet spot' they work very well. (more on this in Cons)CONS:- Biggest issue I had was finding the 'sweet spot.' Initially the lights didn't seem to work-- they would turn on and stay on even in completely direct sunlight. After the initial install they both stayed on in the middle of the day and I thought they might of been defective, but unlikely since they were BOTH doing it. The handy-man tried to tinker a bit with it, but I figured they might have a 'warm-up' period. It took a lot of turning off the lights and tinkering with 'Lux' and Sensitivity settings before they finally started working correctly-- for my scenario, it seemed like they both needed to be around 40%-50%. Once I sorted that out, they work great. I have 3 dogs and a pool vacuum, and the lights don't trigger from the vacuum, but they do with human/dog movement, which is perfect. The motion detector can be rotated about 240° so it made it fairly easy to find a sweet spot to avoid the pool but still get the area that has foot traffic. (*Looking over other reviews the settings seem to be an extremely common issue out of the box, if the lights don't seem to be working how you would expect, I would play with the settings and maybe wait until night time!*) I think the settings are a bit too flexible, which is actually more problematic then convenient.- The 3 lights are basically stationary-- the rings/bezels are not independently rotatable, so you may have to spend a bit of effort aiming correctly prior to installing. For me the 'default' seemed to work well with some minor adjustments. I have a long yard so I basically just needed to cover as much ground as possible, which they do well out of the box.- Missing feature: No 'on/off' mode. Even my 5 year old cheap security lights had this feature; being able to bypass the motion from the wall switch. (most security lights let you switch between motion and 'on' just by triggering the light switch; hit the switch off/on for motion and then hit the switch off/on again to trigger 'manual' light mode) Occasionally I like to swim at night or just simply want to turn the light on as there is no other lights, so this feature is missed. However it's not that big of a deal, if there is enough motion they persistently stay on-- the lights DO NOT turn off if there is constant motion like some security lights. If there is motion at the end of the 'timer' they will stay on, so overall not that big of a deal, just weird to leave off for such an expensive light.- Pricey; I spent some time browsing and these are 20%-30% more expensive than alternatives. With that said, I would say the price is worth it. These are probably close to some of the brightest lights on Amazon, so you're definitely paying for that extra light output!Overall these are great lights. I don't often write reviews on hardware products as they don't typically do much more than expected, but these exceeded expectations. The biggest hitch is the settings, and if you can find that sweet spot for the sensor/settings they perform wonderfully.

Works correctly maybe half the time
I have had this light about two years now and am about to replace it. During that two year period it worked as it should about half the time, that is it came on when there was movement in the backyard. The other half of the time it came on for no reason and stayed on until turned off at the switch. No amount of fiddling with the controls has helped. So I often just turn it off for the night - a lot of good that does! Found a less expensive one I installed in another area a couple months ago that works perfectly so this thing will be headed for the trash can.

I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So we got a new dog at our house. Now that daylights savings time is over it is getting much darker a lot sooner. So when we let the dog out, she is dark brown, she disappears into the darkness of the night. Sound creepy doesn't it. :-) The light on the back of the house was just not getting enough light out into the yard to be able to see the dog. I decided to upgrade the light to a LED floodlight with a motion sensor. My friends and family are laughing at me because I have a thing for LED lights. That is okay with me. I have LED lights everywhere on my two cars and even my lawn tractor. So maybe I have an issue but it could be worse. Now we just leave the wall switch on and the motion and light sensor take care of the rest. I was able to adjust the floodlights so that I have light spread out over most of my backyard (1/4 acre). I love the fact that you can adjust the motion sensor, the timer, and the light sensitivity. All around a great light. I am thinking about changing a few more lights over to this one in the near future.

Easy to install
Bought this light as a replacement. Easy to install, BUT this unit has faulty sensor electronics. ANY minor adjustment from absolute minimum settings causes the light to stay on all the time until until dawn. Even turning it off from the wall switch and waiting 30 minutes then turning it back on light comes back on. Only got it to go off after a motion trigger at the minimum settings. Will only stay on 4 seconds. Tried MANY times to set to stay on 1-5 minutes after a motion trigger then turn off. Followed instructions and suggestions from the Q&A. No luck.

Very bright. Happy with the purchase.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchase these about a year ago. I put one up, it is still working great. I did have one issue shortly after the installation wear the lights did not cut off the whole night. It fixed itself the next day. Haven't had an issue out of it since then. A year later I finally got around to installing another set. After being in my garage for over a year getting knocked around dropped, missing parts I installed it and they work great. My backyard is now lit up like daylight.

Bright and luminous!
Bought this product about a month ago to replace my existing outdoor light fixture. Light is much brighter and more luminous than the previous fixture. I did have some difficulty getting it installed, mostly because of the location my previous fixture which is on the corner of my house under the eaves. The sensor works great as well and can be adjusted according to your preferences. Might replace my other fixture with this product in the near future. Highly recommend it.

Every once in awhile you don't get a good product, this is one of them.
product failed to function 5 mos. after installation. Very good when working, however, started not going on and/or off properly. Then totally quit early in 6 month. Installed in very difficult location and that was the idea of using this unit, don't need to worryabout changing bulbs or replacing unit for a LONG time. NOT so much!I sent complaint into seller with no response and have yet to hear back from Amazon. Very disappointing.
