ZiPPIC Rail

Got this from Amazon and received it VERY QUICKLY. It took a little sanding as I noted another user mentioned but now fits well and solidly in the rail slot. It is ideal for small reflex red dot sights and although it takes a little time to remove and install I noticed immediately that it returns to zero within a half minute of angle and at normal pistol ranges that is practically in the same hole as the group fired before removing and replacing the rail.Nothing derogatory to say about it and as well made and solid as it is I expect long service from it. This ZiPPic Rail is of very tough hard plastic. It fits precisely where the standard sighting rail goes. It is held in place by 8 screws! It is not going anywhere soon. I installed a holo sight on it. I sighted it in. I have removed, and installed it several times, and it stays on target. I have also tried a scope on the ZiPPic Rail. Not a problem. Easy on, easy off. It is solid. If I didn't know any better, I would say it is some alloy, but no, it is some very tough hard plastic. If you plan to put sights or scopes on your Zip, get this ZiPPic Rail accessory.

Had to get this for my zip gun to mount a micro red dot sight. The old flat plate is difficult to remove and it took unscrewing the rearmost screw on the gun to get the plate to come out. Then you just slide the new one in which is a very tight fit. The kit also provides 8 screws and an allen key to tighten them. 8 screws seems a bit of overkill. I used 4 and that seemed like plenty. I can't imagine needing all 8 unless you have a scope on the gun that weighs as much as the gun does. Now if the zip gun would only work. I have had two and taken the first one back to no avail. The gun will not fire more than 4 times before it jams. Gun has major failure to eject issues. Seems like bolt barely cycles all the way. Can't get any CCI blazer ammo to see if that will help but you would think the gun would work without needing a specific ammo.

This rail needed to have the holes opened up to attach it to the gun. It holds standard tactical attachments, sights, laser sights and flashlights. It's rather a waste and I have left the standard sights on the gun. Hopefully I'll be able to find the correct ammo to use with it and be able to shoot it more than once before I have to clear a jammed shell or re-cock the gun before it fires again. Throwing it at the target would be more successful than taking aim with the sight.

The rail fit perfectly with no hassle at all. I mounted a Docter sight on the rail and was shooting in 10 minutes. The red dot sight makes an already "fun gun" a lot better plinker. Thanks and good job ZipFactory.... jim

This gun does not impress me but the scope rail from amazon was more than adequate

Great product,Great idea.Perfect fit,well made. I will have to get a couple more of these for different set-ups.You can mount almost anything to your zip with one of thse.Too many uses to list !
