MJ Fields has done it again giving us a look into the beginnings of Sabato. We see the beginnings of a little boy who knows to much tragedy from a young age and how it has so defined his life.We see Sabato through the years of his life and how young love comes into his life hoping to finally make it better but their always in the shadows his father and how his influences have made him into the man he is today.This novella totally has you drawn to him right from page one and will bring you right to edge but all you will be saying is bring me the rest of his story

The depth of emotion that M.J. Fields is able to convey in her words is unbelievable. The hurt, anger, guilt & shame - not to mention the lust & love are so real you feel as though you're witnessing it first-hand. Sabato has won my heart through his pain and suffering & just wanting to be loved. M.J. Field set the ending up so perfectly that while you'd like to say you'd didn't see that coming; hindsight being 20/20, you kind of did, but you're so distracted by the confessions of the heart that you're blinded to the reality of life.

This is my first book by this author and I can tell she’s very talented, even though I didn’t connect with THIS story. To me, it takes a special kind of author to be able to wrap things up well enough to make you feel satisfied and happy yet make you crave the next book at the same time, and It was not done here!! This is a story about how Sabato growing up, how he managed to survived yet allowed his past to determine his future. Sabato is a young man with a very bad attitude during his teens and college years, which he lash out at everyone because of his past and present situation. He was ruthless and in self-destruction mode, while building so many walls around himself for protection and it made him act like an a**hole majority of the times. Overall, OK read.

Loved reading Sabato's back story. It was heartbreaking, emotional, and captivating.

MJ Fields has done it again. This is the beginning of the story of Sabato Efisto. EROE is heart breaking. The pain he goes through at a young age will clearly define him as a man. I was an emotional wreck after reading this. The pain was so real that just I cried. Once you start reading this you won't be able to put it down. It's real, its emotional and you will fall in love with Sabato!I recommend this book to everyone.

This prequel to Sabbato literally broke my heart in two.I was saddened by the events that shaped this young beautiful man to become who he has become today...a bleeding soul.Brought up by a loving mother & torn apart by a vengeful father...this story gripped my heart and soul and attention as well.I will definitely be reading Book 4 of this spectacular series...I NEED to know how Sabbato's story will end up...I need closure! 5 heartbreaking stars for Eroe...a true hero.

I was so excited to get this book into my greedy little hands and now I am even more excited to read Sabato's story. It sounds as if there is really some depth and emotion hidden way down deep and I can barely wait for this book's release. I am anxious to find out what happened to his lady love.

I a great read to see how Sabato became who he is today.You can see the love and relationship he had with his mother. That from an early age him and his father do not have a great relationship; therefore, shaping into the man he has become. You are able to easily feel what he feels and is going through.Can't wait for more!

This gives you glimpse of how Sabato became the man he is. It was a small treat.

MJ is at it again - I adore her books & this has a punch.Her characters form a family one that I never want to leave.

This is a Novella about Sabato's beginnings and an insight as to how he became the man he is.First off i'm loving the Italians in Ties of Steel holy faaark are they hot. I loved Men of Steel it's one of my favorite series but Ties of Steel is certainly living up to those Steel boys. With the Italian connection i think it might just be hotter and dirtier than they are and that's saying something!Secondly i loved this novella because it's already grabbed my heart for Sabato. I won't give spoilers but i just wanna grab that fella and hug the s*** out of him! It's quite a sad tale and i so can't wait for him to get his HEA. Although he's a tough loner you get glimpses or the real him. I'm really glad that MJ decided to do this novella and let us in on his secrets. This really sets the scene for Sabato.I can't wait for Sabato!

Not sure why I got this book and pay for audio,, I didn’t realise it was only a short story bit of a waste of time really

As per usual I loved Sabato and his kinks, I find that you cannot really appreciate a well written character unless you have personally loved hard and lost hard. Again MJ has done a sterling job and I look forward to the next book in April. X
