Horrible customer service
Lock will not connect to my phone. Communication error. Have been trying to get support for 3 months from Dog & Bone. They just don't care! No reply to multiple emails. The lock has never opened.

A little piece of magic....until it fails 4 mths in
Love this lock. After our builders went home with the keys on a fourth occasion it was time for change. I liked the idea of a fingerprint lock, but the reviews were very uncomplimentary for wet weather days. Also, any new user needs to be onsite to apply their print. But this little wonder is a joy. Send access to anyone via your mobile and they download the app which allows them to open the lock. It works everytime and is a little marvel. And the minute I want to remove access, I delete their access rights via the app. Boom!*****Update***** 4 mths later, after showing battery level of 83% it failed to open; failed to connect and failed to show any signs of life. I charged it up via an extension lead all day; light shows red and no response still. I will now be forced to cut it off in order to gain access. Very disappointed. However, Amazon were first class in helping with the problem; I opted for a refund as sadly I believe a key padlock will last longer.

unausgereift
Ausgepackt, aufgeladen, registriert und mit YouTube Anleitung gekoppelt. Ohne das Laden hat das ganze ca.20min gedauert.Und am ersten Tag auch ganz gut funktioniert. Ist schon toll, wenn sich per Handy das Schloss öffnen lässt.Schon am Tag drauf war der Akku (Blinkt dann wohl Orange am Anfang) ziemlich schwach. Und kein Koppeln möglich.Wieder geladen. Nichts. Noch ein paar Tage immer wieder probiert. Kein koppeln möglich.Jetzt liegt das Ding hier rum und blinkt mich an. Leider hab ich in meiner ersten Euphorie die Verpackung entsorgt.Ein Schloss das man erst mit einer Power Bank oder 100m Verlängerung laden muss bevor man dann vielleicht an seinen Wohnwagen kommt ist leider das Gegenteil von Komfortabel.

nicht regenfest
Finger weg, wenn das Schloss am Gartentor zum Einsatz kommen soll. Leichter Nieselregen legt die Elektronik im Schloss lahm - entgegen der Beschreibung, dass dieses Schloss Regenwasser geschützt sei. Für den Ausseneinsatz damit nur sehr bedingt zu empfehlen und dann zu teuer.
