Bohm B3 2.1ch Soundbase - Black

Put this in our bedroom with a 27" flat screen on top. The black color goes well with the black tv and the unit fits nicely on top of our dresser. The sound improvement over the tv speakers is substantial especially with the subwoofer. But all sound ranges are clarified and enhanced.Bluetooth was easy to set up. But you cannot connect to Bluetooth headphones. Bluetooth is for sound input only.The remote is not lit so hard to see in the dark. But after a few nights you should develope a "blind" feel which makes this not a big deal. Other remotes cannot be programmed to the unit so the remote is necessary to change volume or other settings.We leave the unit on at all times so when we turn on the tv we have sound immediately. There are no lights or displays that shine in the dark when the unit is on and it does not get warm. When the unit is off a red light appears on the front of the unit and stays lit until you turn the unit on.We connected with a small coaxial sound cable with no problems. Optical is also available.Good quality, good price. I recommend highly.

Vast improvement over the tinny sounding speakers in my 32" Samsung bedroom tv. Used the supplied optical cable, changed tv sound to PCM, disabled tv speakers and was good to go. Bluetooth readily recognized my tablet and smartphone. All in all $90 well spent. I did have to raise the TV a bit in order for the unit to fit beneath it.

Thits soundbase is nice detailed voice, the bass is good does not shake the walls,you could adjust along with the treble.Could not get dolby from connecting it to the player had to use pcm.Music is also good it has a mode function for music movie night.I live in apt have not played it loud.Very satisfied.The little speakers with sound like bose kinda weird.I think you have to get used to it.

Got this for my inlaws. They sit about 10 feet from the tv so don't need a huge surround system. Sound is better than just the TV. Only took about 5 minutes to set this up. Now they can hear the tv clearly and it doesnt have overwhelming base. For the price you get what you pay for.

Almost from the beginning, this unit started cutting out when it warms up. My life changed and I haven't addressed it yet. I'm hoping there's something I can do to fix this so I don't have to trash it.

Better than my TV internal speakers on my 28 inch TCL TV. Solid strong base. I am using the optical connection. Nice sound for the price.Update: After three months of use, no problems.
