Good, but way too expensive not to be better quality than store-bought
It's just "OK". Jam has a very liquid consistency, even after constant refrigeration. Taste is good, but I can't say it's any better than peach jam I've bought at the grocery store. Won't order again. Way too expensive not to be better quality than store-bought.

This is the first time I've ordered from The Jam Stand. I would only rate this jam so-so. The heat comes through but I wish there was more peach flavor. I would have to say that I'm a bit disappointed particularly in light of how much they charge for it. Will not purchase again.

sweet, slightly acidic peaches in the Jam Stands's Peachy ...
I was skeptical that the spicy hotness of sriracha would complement the smooth, sweet, slightly acidic peaches in the Jam Stands's Peachy Sriracha, but the combination worked perfectly when spread on toast. If anything, the sriracha accentuated the delicious fruit flavor of the jam as well as my morning latte. I've now added Peachy Sriracha as part of my regular breakfast rotation.
