Q: What does 26 grams mean?

That’s how heavy they are. I have a set good darts

You can buy the case alone other then that it only came with the case it comes with.

Size? Do you mean the shaft or over all length? From point to flight about 5-6” shaft size about 3.5”.

Q: What does this "tool" that comes with these darts do?

It's really kinda useless it tightens and loosens the shaft or if you use conversion tips it tightens and loosens. Its spreads open the flight insert but I got the ak so I dont use the shaft it came with and i got all ak accept the ak9 wich I dont think amazon sells yet your better off not even worrying about the tool and I like spinners which the tool doesnt do either.
