I take this before I workout a long with the Base XLT pre-workout. I've used lots of different products and this is one I always make sure I have. It was out of stock for a while and I could tell a difference when I wasn't taking it. Love Base Products!! The thing I take anymore😄

I was interested in this product because of it's claim that it does not make you jittery, yet works as an appetite suppressant, as well as a fat burner. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to discover the claims to be true. Other appetite suppressants have made me hyper. This did not, but still worked. That's impressive.

So I’ll start by saying I didn’t get a free bottle or special discount for a review. Bought this normal and overall I think it’s ok. It doesn’t give me jitters and it might work better if I ate healthier but I don’t so that’s why I think it’s working- I’ve been eating a lot lately and haven’t gained more weight so idk if it’s this or what but I think if used properly i’d likely see real results.

Combined with BASE in the morning I have gained an edge on getting and staying lean. I don't even use an evening supplement anymore. Good stuff. A lot of "fat burners" feel druggy, this doesn't give me that stimulant feel which is a huge bonus.

Seems to work really well! I've only had it for about a week but I'm already noticing a bit of a difference. Hoping to see some real changes by the time I'm done with this supply.

I've been taking these for 2 weeks along with eating healthy and working out. Overall, I lost over 5 lbs and several inches! I really think these helped as I normally don't lose that quickly. And there were no side-effects that I noticed, so that was a plus!

As with all pills to help with weight loss-I was skeptical. But I was desperate-so I tried it! I liked this over others in the market because of the no caffeine aspect. After 3 weeks of using it, I do feel that my cravings to snack all day are virtually gone, and I have the energy to still take a long walk after dinner whereas I used to just fill my belly and crash on the couch!
