It was much more flavorful than what I can buy locally, can't put my finger on the spice but it's wonderful, beef is very tender. I love open face roast beef sandwiches and gravy. Just had one from this roast. It was much more flavorful than what I can buy locally, can't put my finger on the spice but it's wonderful, beef is very tender.
