Great to wear this under clothes. You can use the different binders in different ways to suit your needs. Good quality fabric and flexibility.

Only had it a week and I can see improvement. They stay in place. You might have to place them on yourself differently than what they describe to get a good shape but other than that it is working wonderfully! This is after only one week with it from giving birth!

There were very minimal instructions included with the package. Since some of the wraps look similar to others, this made it difficult to tell which wrap went in which place. Since there are minimal instructions, it also isn't clear that there are straps on the wraps which allow you to further adjust how they are tightened.Once the wrap system is on and adjusted properly, they do a sufficient job of compressing the areas they are placed on. The wrap system works best the earliest that you can start wearing it after giving birth. It can still give some benefits within the first month, but these are diminished the longer it has been since birth that you use them.The wrap system is a good system and even better if used at the right time, but it is lacking in instructions which requires a bit of experimentation to get it set up properly.

The photos to put on are a little confusing, but I was able to get it on correctly after a few tries. Material it thing so you can move but it pinched at times. After a few wears you’ll get creases in places your not really wanting the fabric to crease.it holds you in though so for me right now that’s all that matters. I misorderes another belt so I’ll be using that once my tummy is back in place.C SECTION MOMS USING:WAIT TILL YOU ARE FULLY HEALED!! This will sit directly on your incision before you even put the cervical belt on. If you have one of the bandages they leave on for 4 weeks you may be in the clear. But if you have an exposed incision like I did, I personally recommend getting a belt that covers the entire area or you’ll have to wait.

I originally got this for my mom who went through a 5 inches stomach cut surgery. Then I got another one when I had my a laparoscopy surgery. This belly band provides support and comfort during my recovery reroof. I highly recommend it.

The material is not long lasting. The belly wrap does not stay in place, it keep sliding up and down. Plus, it not comfortable. Tho, I am not sure it does what it was supposed to. Total loss.

Purchased this product as a post pregnancy belly wrap and plan on using it for waist training too. I’ve had a few waist trainers in the past that are 1 piece, too short, or too long for my torso and you can’t customize the areas to tighten. This waist trainer is by far the best because there are 3 different wraps that can be placed according to my torso length and I can individually customize the tightening for each wrap area (i.e. tighten my waist area more than my hips). Very comfortable and easy to use.

This is a very good product. It does what it says it will do and will have you feeling so much better about yourself. The downside is that it is hand wash only and it has three pieces instead of just one. Other then these two flaws, this is very good product
