I had it for two and a half months for ...
I had it for two and a half months for my Lorex security camera Model LWU3624. The replacement from Lorex is probley around $30.00. I don't understand why these power supplies burn out in a short time. When I purchased the camera system two of the orginal four stopped working within a month. Now this one stops after two months. I have another one of these as a backup, but I have requested info for the warranty as it is suppose to be 12 months for this power supply.

Decent enough for my Raspberry PI projects. Nothing exciting about it but seems to work just fine
I use this as external power on some Raspberry PI projects and works just fine for that. So far power seems clean and cord seems adequately reinforced. No complaints.

Multi-tasking!
Actually, I bought this for an air hockey motor and it worked perfectly. As a bonus, it worked on the motor for a rotisserie as well, so we are happy! :)
