Not cold enough
A great concept... But just doesn't keep cool more than ten minutes in this hot Texas heat...I wish it would have worked.....

Waste of my money.
They do not work for me. Other women swear by them but my hot flashes melt the beads. They feel just as hot as my neck. I feel no difference.

They work! For this price, I thought they'd better work, and I am pleased. They are pretty big, but smaller pearls wouldn't work as well. .
