He wasn't thrilled to get it, since it looked like work, but once he started playing it, he didn't put it down all weekend. He reads at exactly a going into 1st grade level. This game is a little easy for that level, although I think it gets harder the further he goes. I like that it asks questions about what he's reading, since comprehension is something he is still learning, and he has to read the choices and choose the right answers. My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to have many books in it and I think he'll finish the whole game in about a week.
