Not threaded, no bolts, grease status unknown
The holes are not threaded and new bolts don't come with it so you need to carefully remove the old ones for re-use. Also the holes are drilled almost too large so after tapping threads into the holes the bolts didn't get a great bite. Had to use blue loctite and just snug them good hoping for good securement and not strip them out. Also no idea if it's pre-greased. I gave it 20 pumps and never hit resistance so I just had to hope for the best & go with it. After the cost associated with getting the holes threaded and buying loctite I could've bought a much better quality part. Do yourself a favor and pick a different option, there are certainly better ones out there.
