It definitely helps with the smell, but only ibuprofen helps me with the camps. I do not have any other health issues that it could help me with. It has great absorption, but if you wear single pad whole day it might leak.

I gave you a warning, so buy it at your own risk!!! This product did not work at all. I took pills on my first day of my period because I was scared to rely on a pad to ease my cramps. My second day I gave it a shot. I cramped so bad, it woke me out of my sleep. They are very small, extremely flimsy, they bunch up and don't stick well. I took a chance because of the positive reviews and was disappointed. Maybe it actually worked for other people or maybe the ones who gave good reviews work for the company. Either way.... good luck :(

Shipped on time, great product, stops the cramping, absorbant and my wife and daughter haven't found anything else to beat it. Don't use the tampons, they leave fiber behind (do your research, it's YOUR body and you don't want cancer do you?). WellnessPartners has always delivered on their products.
