It is written with genuine technical expertise, and is not the usual general blather of popular trade books. It gets a bit technical at times, but will be quite understandable to the lay reader. The author contends that anxiety is an emotion coupled with behaviors and thoughts whose common symptoms are worry, dread, aches and pains, and breathing problems brought on by multiple possible causes. It carries a stigma like mental illness. It becomes a problem when it has negative effects on a person’s ability to function effectively in their personal and professional lives. It can also have serious disease consequences. Some ways to mitigate its symptoms are breathing control, enhancing physical comfort, controlling thoughts, mindfulness (this too shall pass), a peaceful and silent environment, thinking positively, meditation, and yoga. The book contains much information about anxiety relief that will be useful to sufferers and those close to them.

Helpful read and recommended to those who are suffering from anxiety.
People get depressed when they can’t express themselves. Many people have dreams but only few people are able to fulfill it. This is the best book about anxiety that I had read till now. This book had given proper information on anxiety. The consequences of anxiety is very serious and it can even kill a person.This book can help a person to take a first step towards their destination. This book didn’t heal anxiety at one time but it will help to overcome anxiety step by step. The tips in this book will encourage people and it will increase the self-esteem too.

This is useful to know.
Unfortunately, almost each of us has some health problems – physical or mental. In this case having right rules of life is one of most important things. So, it is a good idea for those who have Anxiety Disorder, to read this book for obtaining knowledge about what is this disease, of what types it may be, how one can reduce its impact, what long-term habits one must form to eliminate anxiety. But I felt certain discomfort while reading the book because of very small font in it.

I would recommend it.
This was a book I had ordered in order to help me to understand some ones' problem. It helped me to be able to see and understand, it explained in a clearer way, something that sometimes seemed or felt itself to be, at times, puzzling, at times, worrisome, not only to me but to others. It's a small book but money well spent. I would recommend it.
