Cuccio Veneer and Colour Matchmaker, Meet Me in Mykonos by Cuccio

I bought this hoping for an opaque light blue for the winter season. Its very sheer which might have been on oversight on my part but regardless it is not what I wanted. The gel one is watery and the bottle does not close all the way. The gel polish is very separated and even after I shook it, the polish came up clear. There is also a no-return policy.
