The bells are incredibly loud when moved, you really can’t miss it with 5 bells ringing. It easily attaches to the door with a thick nylon loop and snaps. It seems very durable as long as your dogs don’t think it’s a chew toy or use it for tug. My issue being it comes with no direction or instructions. I had to google how to use the item effectively not only with the bells but with the whistle. I would have expected a small print out of instructions in the least.I was given the opportunity to purchase this product at a reduced price in return for my independent and completely honest product evaluation. We've been trying to bell train our puppy for about a month. We had one bell on the front door, but needed another bell by the back door so she could ring it regardless of which door she went to. She learned very quickly once we put this bell by the back door that she needed to ring it.The chord the bells are on have two snaps so you can adjust the length of it. My dog is very small, so having it as long as it goes is perfect.This product also came with a whistle. We hadn't previously used one, but since this came with it, we gave it a try. Our dog responded immediately to the dog whistle. I don't understand exactly how it works, but after she hears the whistle she listens to the command.The only downside was the guide that came with it. The seller sent and email that basically said to hang the bells on the door, take your dog out when they ring them and reward them. That is pretty self explanatory.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I have seen this exact hanging door bells potty trainer work so many times and now that I have a small little puppy it's time to take action and train my little girl. I gave this five stars because I have no doubt that it does work because I have seen it in action a lot by different families and their dogs. It's very easy to use and train your puppies with is another reason I love it and you can hear very well but it's not annoying. It doesn't damage your doors and you don't have to train your dog to bark if they need out. It's also adjustable for your dogs hight. You just snap the button to the hight you need and then hang on the door knob. This seller also sends you a whistle for training along with purchase which is nice.
