Best Buy For The Money
This is a simple, straightforward and functional product. It's not an opulent soapdish costing eight times as much, but it's elegant enough for the comfy shower in my Brooklyn garret, and I'm happy with how it looks in there.I went shopping for a soapdish with two main objectives in mind: to avoid drilling into the ceramic tile to install, and to avoid suction cup attachments. Drilling's a messy and frustrating job for most folks, and suction cups don't stay put and the cups don't last through repeated reapplications. I specifically wanted an adhesive mount, and this was the best-looking of what I found on Amazon.StickerNizer supplies clear and comprehensive instructions, and warns you right up front to read and follow 'em. Do that.I applied the mounting pad over plain glossy ceramic tile; I'd be interested to hear from buyers who've applied theirs over a textured tile like the company shows. The round mounting disc fits inside a standard tile with about 1/4" to spare, so you can place it flat all around without any of the pad extending into the edge radius. I missed - a strip about an eighth of an inch wide is hanging off on one edge, but after two weeks I'm not seeing evidence of delamination there.I had no trouble laying the pad down without bubbles; I snapped a long wire rod into the pad's mounting clips to use as a visual guide to line the installation up level, gently curved the pad - it's stiff, but flexible enough to roll just a little - and engaged the tile first along that central line and then pressed it all down from there. I got it the first time, so I can't comment on reapplications here: I'd suggest you run through the procedure a couple times with the backing's protective cover still on, just to give your motions a little practice beforehand. And, yes, leave it a day or so to set up the adhesive.[EDIT:]Sept. 23, 2014 - I mentioned in my review that I'd misapplied the mounting pad and ended up with a little gap along one vertical edge; as I don't really like pulling things off and resetting them (even though the manufacturer says you can), I left it. Three weeks later, I checked and found no further delamination in the area I described. I'm happy with the strength of the adhesive.Other reviewers have mentioned the personal contact by BCtrading, and the attention to feedback by the company. I was also contacted by Ben, and I made a couple of suggestions that he thanked me for and promised to pass along to their engineering staff. It's obvious to me that BC is mindful of their image and very aware that personal involvement with their customers is helpful both to their image and to their design department. I respect that a lot.

Strong adhesive but weak and cheap arms, difficult removal.
I bought these in 2014 and I am writing this in 2018. The only thing I liked about it is the soap dish part (without the adhesive). It's not an eyesore like white plastic suction soap dishes and blends in with the glass tile of the bathroom. Now, for the things I didn't like...1) The plastic arms that hold the soap dish in place are cheap. I bought two of these around the same time...the first one lasted maybe a year, and the second one lasted maybe a month before the arms gave out. After that, I used the Command hooks like another reviewer suggested and that worked alright, but those came down too after a while. You have to have the hooks placed just right to make the dish parallel to the floor (not tilting to the right/left nor down).2) The adhesive is very strong. This would actually be a pro if the arms were as strong too, but a con when you're trying to remove it. It took quite a bit of Goo Gone, a screwdriver, and pulling and tugging to get the sticker part off.3) The adhesive is messy. The adhesive of the first dish that worked for a year eventually bled below into a sticky mess onto the glass tile (see attached photo). I don't know how or why that happens because I've never had it happen with other adhesives in the shower before. If you run into this problem, use a thin, plain sponge to scoop/wipe away the goo and throw it away. I started with tissue/toilet paper but it broke and was too linty. This took a very long time to clean thoroughly.4) The curved design seemed like a nice idea at first but limits the available space. I've never had a hard time getting soap off metal soap dishes so I don't think the curved design is necessary.

The sticky patch works (and now I can't remove it!), but the soap tray stayed up for just 3 days. Nice concept...poor execution
Well, the adhesive stayed stuck to the shower wall, but unfortunately too well. The soap tray constantly falls off and the whole thing is now useless, and I'm stuck with the adhesive patch in the shower (ugly) and no soap tray. I really wanted this to work, and the company was very kind in answering my questions promptly (that's what scored the extra star), but unfortunately it only worked for four days :(Kind of feel like I flushed money down the drain on this purchase.

Better than suction cups
These work well in the bathroom, stay up far longer than suction cups. UPDATED: Only three stars because the plastic became brittle and broke off where it held on to the metal soap tray, after about a year on the wall.

Four Stars
Great quality however it will not stay stuck on honed and sealed travertine tile.

It works!!
This is a great product because it does exactly what it is suppose to do--it sticks to the tile shower wall! The adhesive sticker is clear and easy to mount. I cleaned the tile with SoftScrub to make sure it was clean and then used alcohol to remove any residue. The directions recommend starting in the middle of the round adhesive disk and pushing outward. However, I started at one edge and gently rolled toward the other edge making sure no air was trapped. It worked perfectly! The sturdy stainless steel soap dish then can be easily snapped on. The tile shows through the clear sticker, so the soap dish looks very attractive. After appreciating this great-holding soap dish for a few weeks, I had an accident that allowed me to find out how great the customer service is for this product. We dropped a back brush that hit the soap dish in a way that caused the tabs that hold soap dish to break. My e-mail to customer service about a replacement was answered within a few hours, and the company arranged for me to get two replacement stickers for basically the cost of shipping. Thus, this is not only a great product, but it is also backed up with outstanding customer service.

Doesn't stick
Doesn't stick to any surface for long - even when properly cleaned as instructed. Truly worthless.
