First of all. I have used this before and I absolutely love my results. So a year ago I needed to drop 15 pounds in about 3 weeks because I was going to Basic Training for the Air Force and i needed to get my weight down or else I couldn't go. I started losing weight crazy fast! The taste isn't bad at all. I didn't get hungry anymore even with about 2 meals a day. Cooking was easy and buying food was cheap. Water and tea were my best friends. I got below the weight I needed to (even though I cheated at the end, it was stressful knowing that I was leaving for Basic Training). I have used this product for many years and it's absolutely one of the best on the market for keeping my weight down and for maintenance. It has always been delivered with a NO XRAY label and states to avoid xray, electronics etc.... Amazon delivered without this label and the company said it is still fine. I have been using if for a week and I am starving and it is not working like the product I purchase directly from the company. I am so upset by this and think the company needs to figure out another way to ship this item and rely on Amazon to do it correctly. I get Amazon delivered by the post office, UPS and sometimes fedex - so there is no way they know what is actually happening to the packages.

This product did not work as described. I had previously used this product several years ago (purchased direct from the company website) and had amazing results (30+ lbs on a full round). However, after purchasing it through Amazon last month it did not work for me. I followed all of the protocol and by day 9 was extremely hungry (this was not the case the first time) and lost under 10lbs the entire time. I do not know if the formula has changed or if I received a faulty batch but it did not work. I am extremely disappointed as I had such great success the first time. Item being returned and I hope the sellers 30 day money back guarantee is true.
