I have definitely noticed a difference between this pregnancy and my last one. I had awful tummy and digestive issues four years ago, but thankfully found these this time around. I take 2 once per day - the dosage says 2 two times a day, but I've read that the full dosage can cause uncomfortable gas pains. Two a day do the trick for me and I'm much more comfortable this time around.

They taste really good! I think they get the job done too! I had to start with one a day in the morning and gradually increase because I'd have a lot of discomfort/gas. My friend was recommended these by her doctor, so I gave them a try (when I told my doctor they said it'd be fine). But I just take 2 gummies a day in the morning now, not the full 4 as recommended on the bottle. I don't think my insides could handle that.

This really worked it worked a bit too much so I went down on the dosage.. Definitely a life saver Zofran made me so constipated.

Does nothing. I am 20 weeks pregnant, feel bloated all the time and have become very irregular on my #2's. I purchased this hoping it would help and no difference. I tried some digestive enzymes I had in my drawer and what a difference. My OB said I was fine sticking with the digestive enzymes. Don't waste your money on these

Honestly, not sure how much these are really helping. Bottle says you can take up to 4 a day. My system is so slow now that I just can't tell if they're helping. Taste great!
