Overall good stuff! But I had a lot of broken pills in my bottle. So all I have is a shell of a pill and the powered on the bottom of the the bottle.

What can I say … it worked as I expected.This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. Which I have done exactly just that! Not all my description are very long or descriptive. Fact is some products just work and there is not that much to say about them without rambling or over selling them. I submit reviews very often and take my time to evaluate all aspects of product. The product quality as well as the craftsmanship overall design elements. Also taking into analyze the comparative market (Competitive brands) value and functionality versus its competitors. I am pleased with this product
Overall, I am pleased with this product. I substituted my supplement of whey protein for this, and the results were similar. My muscles weren't as sore. The only thing that I don't like about this product is the fact that you need five capsules to complete the one serving. This was somewhat difficult to consume. I would recommend the powdered amino acids for anybody that has problems swallowing capsules.
