Remember the probe settings
Works fine to read Anti Lock (ABS) wheel sensors. I didn't need too much O-scope to read the 5-VDC, square wave, from wheel sensors. One lead to GND, the probe tip onto the high-side wheel sensor wiring. But this will certainly be handy to have for other projects. Cheers, Gary

Dosen't connect to laptop as advertised and frequency response over stated.

How to change battery for clock
I have a very similar model (DSO5202B). After a few years the internal time/date clock didn't retain its setting when off. I eventually found out that there is a button cell/CR2025 on the main board (not mentioned in any document I could find). There are 4 screws to remove the cover (2 under the handle) and 5 screws to remove the metal cage around the main board. Correct time/date is not a huge deal, but if you save the screen to a USB thumb drive the file time/date is the only way to differentiate between current and previous files. Plus the time/date appears in the screen capture which also helps to identify them.
