Dog Ball Launcher- Launches Tennis Balls and Mini Frisbee Discs up to 90 Feet!!

we have an Australian shepherd who LOVES playing ball. so much that my arm gets sore. i have a flinger/thrower that i really like but that also wears me out. we bought the ball launcher and have had a blast with it. the ball goes pretty far and i'm teaching the dog to put the ball back into the machine so i dont have to tough the slobbery ball. have used this now for a few months. i can sit in my porch chair and launch the ball. we use regular tennis balls (cheap ones) so you don't have to use their balls. i found it easier to cock it before the ball goes in - also keeping EVERY day and love it. we found the smaller size tennis balls go way farther and that is more fun for us and the dog.

This is such a disappointment. If I had not been out of town for a long time I would have returned it right away. It hardly goes any distance even when I tighten it as tight as I can. I have dogs that love to cache balls and I am not able to fling it because of recent surgery.I have a feeling that my ball launcher is not functioning correctly.

The first one fell apart but Sievers was quick to get back to me and replace the defective launcher. I am still working on learning how to adjust the distance but my dog is loving it.

This is an absolute must if your dog likes to retrieve balls. The best thing about it is that it can throw a LOT farther than I can so my dog will geta LOT more exercise. I have tried several other "launchers" but this one is the BEST BY FAR!!! You won't be disappointed.

This product was great while it worked. We used it a handful of times and then the piece that launches the ball completely broke off. I'm having a hard time getting in touch with the company and my return window is over.

I bought this because, like others, my arm has been getting sore from using the Chuckit to throw balls for my dog at few times a day. And I like this product. It is a heavy plastic so is very sturdy and does what it says it will do. But as a result, it is kind of heavy. You need to hold it with both hands and when launching and it kicks a bit. I have the tension as high as I can get it because I want the ball to go as far as possible. So pulling back the catapult that holds the ball takes some strength and I can only do this maybe six times (note that I am over 50). What disappointed me is the ball does not go as far as when I use the long Chuckit. And, as expected, the tennis ball lasted about 2 days so use the plastic chuckit ball (which fits great). Although it is hands free, which is awesome, you still end up getting some ball slime on your fingers when you pull the catapult down (maybe add a tab to the catapult?) and when I release the ball my face gets a little slimed. But it is still way cleaner then hand throwing the ball. It also makes kind of a thud sound which might be disconcerting to some neighbors. In summary, this is a quality product for the money but not something I will use every day.

I have bought almost all the high rated dog launcher, the best named ones ,but only one Stood out MAX Dog Launcher, I did same with tennis ball and only one Really stood outI it was tourna Tennis ball I am not saying they will last forever but it lasted longer than the others I have 90 pound chocolate lab and they both get a workout You know I am not rich I just wanted something that will last a long time to get my money worth I did not know that Max launcher also had tennis ball and knowing how good their launcher is I must Who leave their ball all good to thank you

Love this ball launcher.... stands up to my dog who has huge ball drive and goes through balls like crazy. She has worn out all the other launchers on the market in a matter of weeks. We have had this one for 3 months and it is still going strong!!!!
