FAROL Adjustable Clip-On Lamp with Twin 3-LED Rotating Lights and Bendable Neck: FL-18176

This was purchased for a work bench application. The clamp was too small to grasp the backboard where it needed to be mounted. After adjusting for that, the light(s) need to extend to the middle of the work area for illumination. While the neck was long enough, at that extension the light "fixture" was too heavy for the neck and it collapsed to the work surface area - which was obviously unacceptable. There was no way to ascertain this neck weakness prior to ordering.In addition, it was more than irritating for the Seller to demand a reason/explanation for the Return before providing "authorization" and forwarding a Return Shipping label. Offering me a cash discount if I would just keep the product was not a professional "customer service" gesture. It sounded more like a bribe to keep the product despite its failure to perform in accordance with my needs.
