Poor instructions leave using this to trial and error. The unit itself works to back up data like photos from iPhone, but it will not transfer my complete contacts. Trying to move a couple hundred photos onto another ipad has proved frustrating as it seems to randomly skip photos, so the two devices need to be compared carefully before deleting any files from the source device. I guess it is worth keeping based on price, but the operation is not as smooth as it should be.

It did not work at all. It did not recognize but five of my photos and recognized zero of my videos. I have about 2600 pictures and videos on my phone and for it to only recognize five is ridiculous I tried over and over. It is pass the time for me to be able to return it to get my money back now.

I really can't complain about this OTG drive. It works as advertised. It should be noted, it won't work on your iPhone with the case on and the USB end is too wide(it blocks adjacent USB ports). But those are not serious gripes, I'm just backing up the iPhone every other week.

This is not working at all on my iPhone 5s. I want my money back!!!
