Waxations Citronella Highly Scented Summer Yellow 36 Pk Indoor/Outdoor Votive Candles

These are awesome. I got 2 boxes and used them in jars at an outdoor wedding along the river. They were pretty, burned forever...and most importantly kept the bugs away. I was actually amazed at how well they worked.

I give these candles a 5 star rating because they are excellent quality. The citronella is strong smelling for the size of the candle which helped keep the bugs away. We used these for an outside party that we had, and they are not fast burning candles like some that you buy. After the party I put these candles around my patio and my front porch, so when we sit outside at night I will light these candles to keep the bugs away and they work fantastic. I really love these candles, and I will be buying more of them for our next up coming parties. I would recommend these candles to anyone that is having an outside party, or having friends over for a BarB-Que, or just likes to sit outside at night. They really work good. .

Pretty smelly, did the job as expected. I used them to keep raccoons and neighborhood cats off of my vegetable garden. I placed them around the perimeter of the garden, unlit! Unlit, the smell was still very high on the modulus of odor scale.

I didn't actually time the burn, but we'll over 6 hours with half the candle left. The Citronella smell is strongest I've ever burned, but nothing going short of 40% DEET works against No-See-Ums. Definitely purchasing again

Very nice! The scent is not overpowering. They burn for a long time. Do they deter bees or other insects, I can't really say. I'll have to wait until the hotter days to determine if they really help deter pests.

These candles are great. I burn them wherever there are gnats flying around. We get lots of gnats, bugs right by the beach.

Very pleased. Slow burning, strong fragrance and reasonably priced. Will buy again.
