... with what I eat so this book is really good for me
I have been eating unhealthy foods but I always want to be picky with what I eat so this book is really good for me. I have a sweet tooth so I always have sweets on the food itself or every after meal. This book has good suggestions that I need to follow to cut sugar on the foods that I eat. I also like its table about food and its carbohydrate content which is a guide for me to avoid those foods that are rich in carbohydrates. Also, I have learned about some terms here that I have never heard before like SIBO. This is good book for someone who includes healthy lifestyle as their new year's resolution. I think I have to give my mother a copy of this book. Also, I will give copies of it as a gift to my friends whom I am concerned with instead of giving them foods. This book can help lengthen one's life. This is highly recommended book to read!

Excellent at Explaining it All
This book was amazing! It is heavy on the research and treatment aspects of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO). Really good at explaining the topic. It contained proven strategies and steps on how to use medicinal, natural remedies, diet, and lifestyle changes to heal small intestinal bacteria overgrowth and restore your gut health. It made me understand about its background, potential causes, complications, and symptoms of the condition. I got to learn the natural herbs treatment along with its dietary treatment. The author suggested that the Specific Carbohydrate Diet is the most effective against SIBO. Also laid out facts to support that. There are many diets included in the book such as Paleo diet, GAPS diet or Gut and Psychology Syndrome Diet, and FODMAP diet. Step-by-step instruction has been provided. I also found out that SIBO has connections with many other ailments. I appreciate that there are reasons behind why people love sugary products. It made me understand. There are also some tricks and tips for reducing sugar cravings and sugar substitutes.I am impressed that the book is well-researched and complete. Whether you decide to follow or not the suggestions and medications outlined in the book, this book is useful for SIBO patients to at least read through.

Health is Wealth!
As cliche as it is but it is true indeed that health is wealth. It's always good to find books such as this one which promotes us to live a healthier life. The book has covered well the topics on Gut Health, Sugar Addiction and IBS. It was quite comprehensively discussed. I like how the book presented each topic. It was informative and it has very good explanation every time it presents a remedy that helps improve each conditions. The only thing that I want this book improved is its editing. I saw some typographical error. I also am not very much satisfied with how some tables are presented. It was cut in a page and you have to turn another page to know what's next. It's a table with information so I think it'll be nice to look at it if seen in one page. But overall, this book is very helpful and informative. It's worth reading.

Healthy Living, indeed!
Happiness comes in different forms. My probably personal favorite form of happiness is chocolate and sweets which is really a bad habit to begin with. Other than that I really think that a key to a peaceful mind is a healthy body. Don't you agree?If you are like me who has no experience whatsoever in this field then I recommend that you buy this book. I was really hesitant at first but the explanation gave me a concrete idea of what I'm getting into. There is a wide variety of choices, which are explained by the author, to choose from and it's completely up to you to decide which you favor the most. I've written down a few of my personal favorites from this book and will see where I can head from this point on. Will do anything to achieve my happy and healthy lifestyle!

Health is Wealth
Are you healthy? Being healthy is the most desirable aspect in life. When you are healthy you can leave longer as expected. Talking about health is a wide issue that needs a lot of learning. If you want to be healthy you need to watch over the food that you are eating and needs to do daily exercise. When I found this book and read it all throughout, I often stop to some of the page telling myself, hey I experience that symptoms and then it hit me I’m not healthy at all. Thankful enough, finding this book gives me insight of what happen inside my body. The book is informative. It provides detailed information of the causes, symptoms and the risk factor of having SIBO and IBS. The book also covers the topic on herbal treatment, medication and supplements and different kind of diet that you can follow towards healthy living. And if you are dealing with sugar addiction and looking for some ways on how to cut sugar cravings, you can read all that information from this book. Always bear in mind that prevention is better than cure.

A very informative, detailed and well-researched book!
This is a very informative, detailed and well-researched book. It gives me awareness and information on some of the common gut diseases such as SIBO, IBS, and that caused by sugar addiction. The occurrence of these digestive tract issues are well explained as well as the corresponding remedies of each of them. The suggested diet plans such as Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Paleo Diet among others are all beneficial to all suffering from these illnesses. It is very much important to keep our gut healthy so as not to hamper important functions in proper digestion and avoid the onset of the mentioned gut diseases.I recommend this book to everyone!

Brief but good starting information
I just started investigating SIBO this was a concise outline of the basics and good that it covered areas such as sugar addiction and brain chemicals.

Very basic info. The author claims to cover the topic comprehensively but only touches on the basics. You can find much better information for free online.

not worth the £2. All the information in this 'book' can be found on the internet for free and in far more detail. Took me 7 minutes to read, total waste of money
