Helpful and Factual
It's refreshing to finally see Magnesium get the recognition it deserves. Most of us do not get the RDA of this mineral. (Just check the nutrition label of your favorite multi-vitamin or fortified breakfast cereal.) We've all heard about the benefits of calcium, but magnesium is just as necessary in obtaining a healthy muscular-skeletal system. I'm a licensed massage therapist and find magnesium to be very effective at relieving my everyday aches and pains. It's just as helpful as any O-T-C or Rx anti-inflammatory I've ever taken, without the awful side effects. It has also helped my clients with restless leg syndrome, among other benefits. The magnesium studies found in this book were very impressive. They entailed tens of thousands of women in various parts of the world instead of just small random studies, as is often the case with calcium. Read this book!

Great booklet. Would recommend to anyone interested in learning the importance of these two minerals and how they work as a team along with Potassium, VitaminD3 and Vitamin A

Too Much Calcium NOT Good
This has been a bible for me on cal/mag.I believe too many take TOO MUCH calcium, we need many other minerals and are not getting them...Many health issues arise from too much calcium, nodules, deposits, calcification in the breasts, etc. etc....

Bones need both calcium and magnesium.
Most Americans are probably aware that our bodies need calcium to make healthy bones. But many people may not be aware that a lot of Americans don't get enough calcium in their diet. And few people seem to know that healthy bones need magnesium as well as calcium. Unfortunately, magnesium deficiency is even more common than calcium deficiency. No wonder so many Americans suffer from arthritis and osteoporosis. Please read this book and be sure to get enough of the nutrients required for healthy bones.
