Zink 141250 Hunting Game Calls Duck

I own probably 40 calls from various makers. This is my favorite now! When I call I seem to load my calls up with spit quickly although this call does load up(like every single call made). It will still work. I had a problem with calls squealing right off the bat when hunting in the field. My experiment was this I took 4 of my premium mallard calls. DC, zink, I filled them with water. Keep in mind these were all acrylic double reed calls..... Let it sit for a few minutes poured them out sopping wet and then laid them on their side in the fridge at 34 degrees over night. Next morning took them out of the fridge and started blowing on them guess which one worked. Thus the 5 star rating. The feed chuckle on the ATM is bar none a duck slaying tool

The sound is good, it is well built, but it did not pass the submergence test. I took the call and dunked it in a glass of water and immediately attempted to make a call and.... it didn't even squeak. It was just air passing through. Another call was dunked in the same glass (had the same guarantee) and it was flawless! I am a little upset to say the least, you pay some $145.00 for a duck call and you expect perfection. Don't make my mistake.
