Breezy Point Mayan Mexican Double Hammock

I bought this hammock on a hunch that it would help alleviate my sleeping disorder. Not only am I sleeping through the night now, I'm not having PTSD night terrors anymore. Sleeping in this every night has changed my life, and when the time comes to replace it, you bet your bottom dollar I'm coming right back here to get the next one! Strong construction, comfortable hang, beautiful color if you go with the natural fiber color I got.

My wife loves it - I got this as a gift for her, so her opinion is the one that counts! It's pretty and brightly colored, well made, and very comfortable. It's strong enough to hold all three of us (~360 pounds), and because of the weave very breezy. I find her disappearing into her hammock to read pretty often now.

I like the hammock but in the reviews it said to take it in out of the weather or it wouldn't last too long....so I am taking it in and putting it back out frequently. It is very comfortable and if it weathers well I would recommend it.

Love the colors and the quality meets my high expectations for this since a good quality hammock lasts many decades when cared for. I am replacing a similar one purchased in the mid 90's

The first hammock I bought from Tropical Siesta was the Family size and really too big. I used that hammock for nearly two years but it was getting worn and had damage on one side. You have to be careful not to snag and break the threads on these but they are very durable with proper care. This time I went for the Double and it is barely large enough but just about right. I am happy that I used Tropical Siesta again and will probably buy another of their hammocks once this one wears out.

Nice, but the string lengths seemed a bit uneven causing the resting 'surface' to be a bit uneven. Also, if you have buttons on your back pockets (or anywhere), they *will* catch and either your button will pop off or you'll wreck the hammock.
