I purchased two of these hoses over the span of a couple of months. I liked the first one, so I bought the second. Shortly after I bought the second hose, the first one sprung a pinhole leak. It still works, but the idea was to keep the water IN the hose until it reached the end where it is supposed to flow out. Not long after I started using the second hose...I mean, within only a few uses...it, too, sprang a leak, only this one was a bulbous deformity that popped like a water balloon while my wife was watering the flowers. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this hose, and I feel like I wasted $60 on an inferior product. Keep looking, and find yourself a better quality water hose.

We've gone through several expandable garden hoses. They obviously don't last as long as a regular hose, but I love that they are so light and don't take up much room. I haven't ordered this brand before, but hope the heavy duty fabric prevents it from springing a leak like the others have. The leak proof alloy fitting seems to go on smoother than the plastic fittings on the other hoses that we have purchased. The nozzle is nice in that it has several different settings, although our main use for it is to hose down the dog's run and it doesn't have as forceful a stream as we'd like. Still not too bad, though. So far it seems to have been a good purchase!

I thought it was a great idea this house. I bought it in the spring and started really using few months later. It expanded with the water running in and shrank as the water came out. It was working great.... until it just popped the hole. Done, the hose is for garbage only. I wasted $30. I can't even return it now!

The nozzle is great. The hose began getting a leak at the fitting attached to the spray nozzle within a month or so, getting worse as the months have gone by. At six months, the fitting attached to the fixture at the house is pours water out and no longer even expands the hose. Great disappointment.

Honestly this is the most amazing product I have bought on Amazon so far. I was looking for a hose to water flowers and grass around my house. I run onto this Expandable 50 Foot Garden Water Hose and I decided to buy it. When I opened the package I was so surprised. It is extremely light weight and strong. The hose nozzle is the best quality I have ever used so far. Both hose, and the nozzle look very durable. I also like its nice color and the nickel alloy fittings. This definitely is a very high quality item that I really LOVE and recommend to all my friends and neighbors.

I would have just bought a normal garden hose if I had known it wasn't going to last at least a couple of years. Last "nothing special" garden hose I bought lasted 6 years and was $30.

I have a shorter one of these in my front yard which I have used for quite a while with no leaking. This longer one for the backyard sprang a leak in under one month. I LOVE these hoses, mind you! They don't kink up and are so much easier to work with and put away in my hose hider so it makes me sad to send this one back and give a bad review.

I can't believe the good reviews which were the basis for ordering this hose. Within 10 minutes of my first use it popped multiple pinholes in a 3 inch span. I wouldn't think 100 PSI would do that and it shouldn't have. Back it is going and I'll look for another. I've stayed away from flex hoses for a long time for the lack of durability. Alas...
